Refund & Cancellation Policy

Classes, lessons and tests

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or a free reschedule. Inside 24 hours you can reschedule once, but there's no refund. No-shows aren't refunded. If we cancel for weather, safety or instructor availability, you choose a refund or a reschedule.

Rentals

Gun and eye/ear rentals are refunded only if we cancel the session.

Armor Practice Club

Monthly ($49) has no contract, so cancel anytime before your next session and you won't be charged again. There are no partial-month refunds, and missed months don't roll over. On a 3-month pass ($135), unused prepaid sessions are refunded on request. Drop-ins ($65) follow the class rule. Weather cancellations are credited to the next session.

Guns, ammo and accessories

Firearm sales are final once transferred, except as the law requires. Unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Ammo is final sale.

FFL transfers

The transfer fee is earned once we receive and log the firearm, and it isn't refunded if the transfer is denied.

Digital guides

Final sale, except duplicate purchases or a file that won't download.

Call (810) 255-9722 or email info@armorfirearmsllc.com. Approved refunds go out within 7 days, back to your card for online payments, or by cash, check or pay app.
