Armor Firearms Private Lesson Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The Armor Firearms Private Lesson Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Armor Firearms LLC, 4216 Kingswood Dr, Tallahassee, FL ("Sponsor" or "Armor"). Phone: (810) 255-9722. Website: armorfirearmsllc.com.
2. Meta Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from all liability.
3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and instructors of Armor Firearms LLC, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter. Enter for free during the Entry Period by visiting armorfirearmsllc.com/giveaway.html and submitting your name and email address. By entering, you agree to receive emails from Armor Firearms & Training about classes, events and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Liking, sharing, commenting, tagging, or following on any social media platform is not required and will not count as an entry.
Limit: One (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant will be void.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) 1-hour private lesson for the winner plus one (1) guest. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $190 ($95 per person). Total ARV of all prizes: $190.
The lesson is all-inclusive: guns, ammo, and eye and ear protection are provided. Try before you buy: handle and shoot a variety of guns during the lesson. The lesson is taught by Armor's NRA-certified instructors and law enforcement firearms trainers.
The lesson is booked through Sponsor's Calendly scheduling page (calendly.com/dustin-armorfirearmsllc/private-lesson-1hr), takes place on a Saturday, and must be redeemed by March 31, 2027. Location: Private range exclusive to Armor Firearms located in NW Leon County, FL. Exact range address given after booking.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. The guest must also be 18 or older and must follow all range safety rules. If the prize is not redeemed by the redeem-by date, it is forfeited. Any costs not listed above (including travel to the range) are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winner Selection and Odds. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 7 days, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Release of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize. The winner and guest may be required to sign Sponsor's standard range waiver and follow all safety rules before the lesson. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems of any kind.
11. Publicity (Optional). If the winner agrees, Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and photo from the lesson for promotional purposes without further compensation. Agreeing to publicity is optional and is not a condition of winning.
12. Privacy. Information collected is used to run this Giveaway (including contacting the winner) and to send entrants emails from Armor Firearms & Training about classes, events and offers. Entrants are added to Sponsor's email list and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Entering does not give consent to marketing texts or calls. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.
13. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor's decisions are final. These Official Rules govern the Giveaway.
14. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
15. Official Rules and Winner List. For a copy of these Official Rules or the winner's name, mail a request to: Armor Firearms LLC, 4216 Kingswood Dr, Tallahassee, FL. Winner list requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period.
